heys guys, i'm from melbourne australia. i know that people spear in the baltic sea, like germany. but i was really curious if poland has any spearfishing? do they have clubs? if not why do germans spear and poles dont?

I GREW UP ON THE EAST SIDE OF KAUAI, NORTHERN MOST OF THE HAWAIIAN ISLANDS. I LEARNED TO LOVE AND RESPECT THE OCEAN THERE. UNFORTUNATLY I MOVED AWAY WHEN I WAS 15, FIVE YEARS AGO THIS MONTH. I STARTED DIVING A LITTLE IN LA JOLLA A LITTLE WHILE BACK BUT DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO SPEAR THERE. I JUST MOVED TO OKINAWA JAPAN (VIA THE UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS) AND AM LOOKING FORWARD TO DIVING HERE SOON. I JUST GOT HERE THIS WEEK THOUGH AND HAVEN'T FOUND ANY INFO YET. THE LANGUAGE BARRIER ISN'T HELPING ME MUCH. ALL MY GEAR IS BOXED AND WAITING AT MY DAD'S HOUSE IN CALIFORNIA THOUGH. MY DAD'S PASSING OFF HIS GEAR TO ME TO AS SOON AS I FIND USE FOR IT. TOGETHER WE HAVE A VERY INPRESSIVE COLLECTION THAT I'M QUITE PROUD OF INCLUDING 2 RIFFE ISLANDERS A LITTLE SEAHORNET, A VERY LIGHT METAL GUN I CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAME OF, TWO BANG STICKS(45&38), HAWAIIAN SLINGS, AND A COUPLE OTHER GUNS IN THE MAKING(ISLAND STYLE!). I COULD REALLY USE SOME SOME INFO ABOUT OKI IF ANYONE CAN HELP.

im from kuwait we spearfish inside the oil rigs .. barracudas,wahoo,and many kind of huge fishs that i dont know there name in english.

northern gulf of mexico off the alabama coast, freedive oil and gas platforms mostly. we spear amberjack, several types of snapper, grouper, mackerel, barracuda and many other types of fish.
